“We had water coming into our basement from a drain and contacted the city of Chicago regarding the water in our basement. We wondered if the city main sewer was clogged, or if we needed to repair our main sewer pipe. Yesterday evening, the city water department came out and informed us that the issue was with our main sewer pipe. Now we're thinking how much will this cost and how long will it take to fix.At 9pm, wanting to shop locally (60630) I sent a message to Roots Be Gone and I got a response within the hour. They had a crew out today and resolved our problem by 1pm. Wow amazing.Great response time, the work was done in a timely fashion,at a reasonable price and the crew was fantastic. The work crew took the time to explain their process to me. At the end, our sewer was flowing like a river! “Today, I had a guilty pleasure in my nearly 100 year old home that I have not had in the past 25 years that I have lived here. “I must say Mike was a real professional. Ozzie scheduled me between 4-6 and was a able to give me a same day Appointment. He said if he can, he'll call me if he can get someone here sooner. He gave a 45 minute head up notice that Mike will be arriving within 40 minutes and showed up an hour earlier than scheduled. He was polite and entered my home with boot covers and was very friendly and I was very satisfied with the service and customer friendly conversation.
