Both Dr. Frohm and Shala were great. Second time visitor. No problem booking an appointment online. Nice offices, convenient to me. Dr. Frohm gave me a thorough exam using sophisticated (I think) equipment, and clearly explained what the exam said, and what my options were. Then, Shala took me through all the frames. I trust them, and would recommend them to my friends.
I have been to Dr. Frohm now for three straight years and have nothing but nice things to say. Beautiful office with a nice selection of frames. Very modern technology for his examinations so you come away with confidence that he has seen every part of your eye and can give you a good health report. And then very helpful in thinking through the best options for each patient when it comes to balancing distance and close vision, whether you should try bifocals or other options and what the pros/cons may be. I applaud his ‘bedside manner’ and highly recommend him for vision care.
I have no hesitation saying that guy is my favorite. My son has been going here for many years. He has contacts. He had a Corneal Abrasion on Saturday Morning. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday, Dr. Frohm came into the office on his day off in order to address my sons corneal abrasion. My son loves this guy.
