I absolutely love training at MECA. I came in looking to feel more like myself and get back into shape. Working with Alex Sutrinaitis has been a game changer. Over 12 months, I lost 25 lbs and 11% body fat. I’m stronger than I have ever been, and have more energy. Ilyse has been a lifesaver for me. I came to her in 100 different types of pain; practically every muscle in my body was inflamed and I was near tears daily. Ilyse has helped my entire body to calm down and my inflammation has decreased greatly. Every time I work with her (nearly weekly) I can tell how much she cares. Each session she tailors to that day's pain and works on different goals in order to bring my comfort level up. I'm so grateful that I discovered Ilyse, she has helped me tremendously and brought me a massive amount of relief.

I have been seeing Charles for about 5 years now. He is by far the BEST massage therapist I have ever received treatment from. He is very thorough, often spends more time than is actually scheduled because he cares so much about his clients' well- being, and is highly effective with the techniques he utilizes which are many (deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, craniosacral, etc.).His costs are very reasonable also for someone of his skill level. He is also humble, easy to talk to, a great listener, and is very calm which adds to the therapeutic effects of his massage.I highly recommend Charles to anyone looking for a high quality massage! I have been to several massage therapists before I met Charles. Many of them charge more and spend less time than Charles has with me. In addition, they are not nearly as skilled as Charles.On top of all this, he is a great conversationalist!

Both Dr. Frohm and Shala were great. Second time visitor. No problem booking an appointment online. Nice offices, convenient to me. Dr. Frohm gave me a thorough exam using sophisticated (I think) equipment, and clearly explained what the exam said, and what my options were. Then, Shala took me through all the frames. I trust them, and would recommend them to my friends.
I initially visited Dr. Richert last Spring out of curiosity. I don't have any serious health complaints. Since going, I have lost 20 lb., and I feel like I have more energy. I got the needed momentum also to make changes to my diet and begin looking into mindfulness practices. The cost of the program is substantial, but he was very upfront about it, and I would encourage others to go for it. Here is what to expect, if you are on the fence about doing this. He had me fill out a lengthy questionnaire about all aspects of my physical and mental health, my complaints and goals, then followed up in a lengthy interview. He prescribed at-home clinical tests of my stress hormones, my gut and my other hormones. Based on all of this information he prescribed various rounds of supplements to shore up those systems. The effects of these supplements are subtle, but real and accumulate with time.

Dr. Sebastian Pajerski is an excellent therapist for acupuncture and therapy services. I've personally received massages and acupuncture and found them incredibly helpful for relieving my back pain. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Pajerski.

Complex Rhinoplasty Revision, Complex Lip Revision, Blepharoplasty, Eyebrow lift. Overall I had a 5 star experience at Warner Institute. Dr. Warner and his team were informative, meticulous and comforting throughout the entire process. Dr. Warner explained his treatment plan and detailed the expected achievable results. The results exceeded my expectations, I never expected such a beautiful outcome.The facility is beautiful and conveniently located. Dr. Warner and his team have surgery down to a Science. I LITERALLY had ZERO bruising with minimal swelling.Dr. Warner is a highly skilled and talented life changing surgeon. I had a previous rhinoplasty which resulted in a misshapen deformed nose and misshapen upper lip due to prior injections. The procedure was so complex, other surgeons turned me away. Dr Warner has the skills and confidence to reconstruct my issues. My results are off the charts. People who have seen me since surgery have said - I look better than I did in my 20’s. I am 52 now. I am forever grateful to Dr. Warner and his team.
Our kids have taken lessons here for years so I knew it was fab, but I became a voice student last year, and I am so glad I did! I've been singing most of my life but never had formal lessons. I wish I had started this years ago! Rachel is a fabulous teacher. She is so friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging (and talented). I am now much more confident singing live in my rock bands and also solo. I can't wait to expand my range and technique even more! If you don't know about OMi, check it out. They are very convenient, have flexible schedules, and the prices are really reasonable. Plus, the teachers are wonderful!

I’ve bee taking dance lessons with Vicco for a year. He is very kind, patient and professional and makes learning fun!! Included with taking lessons Vicco teaches a stretching class and an exercise dance class on Saturdays and group classes on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. It’s a great deal and a lot of fun!

Dr. Zost and Dr. Sorensen are excellent at what they do. Dr. Zost helped my high schooler who developed difficulties reading and concentrating after year and half of online schooling. Dr. Zost provided 12 weeks of vision therapy to correct convergence insufficiency. My older child had also developed issues reading and Dr. Sorensen was able to bring about a huge improvement with about 8 sessions of vision therapy. Dr. Sorenson helped me with how my brain processed space, I had 14 sessions of vision therapy and I can now drive with more confidence, read more efficiently. My husband had a yearly eye exam with Dr. Zost. Couldn't be happier with the quality of care. No unnecessary treatments and only as many sessions of vision therapy as needed. The office staff is very efficient, friendly and they meticulously called us week after week to remind us of our appointments. The office space is very nicely decorated, clean and there's plenty of parking all around the building. They also carry a good selection of frames. Top notch practice!

Emmy is the absolute best! She is super friendly and upbeat. I heard about the great laser lady from a neighbor of mine. I set up an appointment right away—competitive pricing. My first appointment was not that painful at all (underarms and bikini) and she was QUICK but effective! OMG the underarms!!!! I’ve never felt so clean, and also I have to use less deodorant now. A good NeuroPsych is hard to find- not only is Dr. Racenstein a scientific genius, but she has a heart of gold! The ability to review w/the complexities of all of the reports, combined w/ her ability to simplify language for clients & schools, results in same page understanding m,& moving forward w/ tbe right custom plan( academic& therapeutic)for your child! She also nailed a difficult diagnosis that empowered my daughters, validated them, even though difficult of course.Dr. Racenstein also is willing toSoeak w/ other therapists helping your child, school staff, & she does it w/grace, yet also with confidence remiving any obstacles.AND YEARS later, she responds quickly,& w/a heart of gold! Her compassion for my daughters in very fragile states was also unreal— she’s supporting them in college frim the start AND, as things come up! I rarely write reviews, but those that I do, it’s b/c I want to helpother families w/similar needs w/ a 5 star professional!

Such a cute place. They are friendly and attentive. I was not expecting a "light" shoulder massage while my naiils were getting dried. Caught me with a pleasant surprise.
My dog had eaten chocolate cookies. When we got to Blue Pearl at 8 pm, we waited 5 minutes to see the triage vet tech. She looked at the amount my dog had eaten, took vitals, talked to the vet and said that she would be fine. She told me what to expect (possible GI issues) and offered for them to force the dog to throw up if I still wanted that, and explained the price to me. I declined, we went home and all was well. No charge since we only went to triage.
I have been to a ton of chiropractors in the Chicago and St. Louis area and this place stands out as the best I have ever been to. First of all, the front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to work with my insurance company to make sure I am making the best financial choice for me based on how many times I anticipate coming.As for the chiropractors, I personally see Dr. Jon Sebby and he is absolutely incredible. When I came to him, I was overweight and wasn’t able to move pain free at all. During our first few visits, Dr. Sebby spent plenty of time with me answering all of my questions and explaining each procedure he was doing on me. On top of that, I was sent home with exercises I could do at home so I wasn’t just relying on the one visit per week to make progress. Along the way, I got a bit overzealous in the gym and wound up not being able to get off the floor and was carried out and taken home only to be taken to the hospital later in the day. Within two weeks of visits with Dr. Sebby, I was back on my feet, walking, and lifting weights again. It was truly an incredible experience that I did not think was possible. To this day, I am still able to move pain free and have since joined martial arts with no issues. Without the help of Chicago Chiropractic and Sports Medicine, I do not think I would be able to do this. There are many other perks of going here as well including massage therapy, nutrition advice, and everything you need to get and stay physically healthy. I can not recommend this place enough. If you’re in the area and need chiropractic work, look not further.
