Life-Changing Experience with Dr. Josh: A Must-Read for Those Seeking True Relief I rarely leave reviews, but Dr. Josh has truly changed my life, and I feel compelled to share my experience. This review is for Dr. Josh Akin (also, Chicago Chiropractic moved its Northfield office to 562 Green Bay in Kenilworth). I'll start by saying over the past decade, I've been to a few chiropractors with limited benefit and after the first couple appointments, would dread going and wasting the time/money, feeling fairly sure the "treatment" was getting me nowhere. The difference can be summed up by the fact that I look forward to appointments w/ Dr. Akin. I strained my back showing snow in Feb 2021, saw a couple of chiros, a couple PTs, had X-rays and an MRI -- nothing was helping. I have been to a ton of chiropractors in the Chicago and St. Louis area and this place stands out as the best I have ever been to. First of all, the front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to work with my insurance company to make sure I am making the best financial choice for me based on how many times I anticipate coming.As for the chiropractors, I personally see Dr. Jon Sebby and he is absolutely incredible. When I came to him, I was overweight and wasn’t able to move pain free at all.
