“I just took my 14 year-old son to Tessie Kossof for a haircut. Dylan was the stylist who cut my son's hair. He is fairly new to the salon, however he has been cutting hair for a long time. Dylan took the time to listen to what my son wanted. My son said not only did Dylan listen to him about his hair, but he talked to him like a friend/ peer.
