Yoga in Northbrook

“I truly love this place! The owners are amazing and very welcoming. It's brand new and the location can be a bit tricky if you don't know where you're going. If you miss the turn out you need to make a u-turn because the next entrance is a one way exit. What makes this place amazing is the space though. It's like an all in one shop for yoga (workout), mind (therapy rooms), and body (adorable boutique) I highly encourage you give one of their classes a try. You won't be disappointed!“

“I sometimes work out here when I am in the area. My usual is Vernon Hills. I find Northbrook to be smaller in terms of equipment and amenities. It's lovely but somewhat limiting. Not my favorite Lifetime location.“
