“Acupuncture, acupuncture w/massage. I have severe bloating which causes breathing problems; this is brought on by chronic. I have been seeing my current acupuncturist since Jan 2009/2010 and she is wonderful. I brought a groupon for a massage but was late and stressed so we rescheduled. My acupuncturist was out of town and when I found out that she practices this I asked her if she could see me ASAP. We made an appointment two days later and it helped much but of course it return two days later (been having trouble with this for 3 months now which is unusual). Four days later I had about 20 minutes of acupuncture followed by a 60 minute massage. OMGosh my body felt so relexed and muscles were loosened. I plan to get a massage at least once a month moving forward. I recommend :)“

“I've been intrigued to try this for a few years ago, but finally had an excuse when a friend got me a gift card to here. It was for an hour long foot massage, but being the nice mother than I am I took my 13 year old daughter with me...and we each went for a 30 minute foot massage. The foot massage is paired with a head massage, which didn't really appeal to us so we asked for foot/shoulder. They said no problem. They took us into the backroom filled with several massage beds and there were a few people in there getting massages. Definitely no frills and my daughter looked at me like "mom- where did you take me?" but one they started the massage she relaxed. The hardest part was likely giving up her phone for 30 minutes. You also keep your clothes on for these massages (fortunately since there are other people in the room). My daughter was a little weirded out by the clothes off part for her very first teen massage in the Dominican Republic last winter break so this was preferred. It was a great massage and went by too fast. I thought 30 minutes was good for feet/shoulders, but they do offer more of a full body massage so I'd opt for an hour then. There was a little confusion when we checked out and tried to use our gift card since no one there spoke much English, but once i talked into an app which translated for him we figured it all out...and were on our way. I was happy I had cash on me for the gratuity since he was having trouble understanding when I asked for his venmo. I left feeling relaxed and wondered why it took me so long to get here. My daughter said she'd go back too so perhaps it can be a fun, relaxing mother daughter activity in the future.“

“Arlene has a small frame but powerful hands! She spoke to my feet in ways that moved a lot of the pain out. She touched trigger points all over my feet that made me want to cry with joy. “Thank you Mindful Movement for your Anat Baniel Method session with my daughter. Before sessions, she had trouble walking with her heels down and often held my hand tightly to keep her balance. We left our session with her walking on her whole foot and gently holding my hand, I had never felt that loose of a grip while holding her hand! “First time coming here, when you walk in it smells so nice & calming. I suffer from severe Chronic migraines that I get almost every day, I have occipital neuralgia, sciatica and am also pregnant. I get the worst tension in my neck/shoulders that it gives me a migraine & nothing helps give me relief. My husband got this massage for my birthday so I was very excited but didn't want to get my hopes up. I'm pregnant, I never had a massage while pregnant with my first so this time around I had no idea what to expect. They have a pregnancy pillow & make you feel so comfortable. i believe the masseuse name is Angie/Angela but she kept making sure I was feeling okay everytime I let out a sigh lol but I was in heaven. I immediately felt relief from my neck and shoulders. I've had a migraine nonstop this whole week and it's been a few hours since my massage & my muscles feel much better. Alittle sore but I feel so much better. I'll definitely be back again. 10/10“
