“I was recently in the Chicago area for work. I needed to find a lymphatic massage therapist because I recently had plastic surgery. I found Thelma on Google. The reviews were one thing, but the experience itself was amazing. Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff at the front Who was very nice. She then came and got me to escort me to the back where I was given the opportunity to use the restroom and change my clothes for the massage. The massage itself id rate a 10/10!!! During the massage I was also instructed on how to properly give myself massages between my professional massages, What the massage actually did for my body, And how often I needed to continue to get them. I had a 90 minute session and after I got off the table I felt amazing. I’ve booked two more for the rest of the stay that I have in Chicago. The price was by far the most affordable in the area. I would recommend Thelma to anyone looking for a professional, clean, and knowledgeable massage therapist.“

I have now gone to him consistently since (sometimes monthly)! His massages are also sincerely the best Ive ever had in my life and have completely transformed my back (which has been abnormally tight my whole entire life). It’s important to have a massage therapist that is strong, and knows how to work on sore and tight muscles like Malike does. I’ve been seeing him for about a year and a half now, and have referred several friends to him. “I visited Return to Youth spa for their Far Infra Red Sauna. Kerry, the very knowledgeable and personable owner couldn't have been more helpful in explaining the benefits of using the sauna. The sauna itself is an amazing experience and unlike a traditional sauna in that the sauna's infrared rays painlessly penetrate the skin providing healing and relaxation. Sauna sessions are available in either a 20 or 30 minute duration. You can't go wrong with either duration, as both will leave you feeling rejuvenated and invigorated. Kerry is very flexible in scheduling follow up visits and visit package plans are available, making for a great value. In addition to the saunas, skin care services are offered and a variety of supplements and healthy drinks are available for purchase as well as a 10 day detox program. For a healthy break from life's grind, in a very relaxing,friendly and inviting environment I highly recommend a visit to Return to Youth Spa.“
