“I'll first say that Karl was SO friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. He's a license locksmith and from his shop and tools you could tell he knew his stuff. Asked for a very unique key to be duplicated and I met him at this shop, he spent the time to look up the correct blank, had it in stock and cut it in SECONDS! Visually, it looked accurate and clean. “Geoff is such an honest and careful craftsman. I had an 80 year old lock that broke causing the door to be locked shut. Geoff came out and carefully took out the broken pieces of the lock and opened the door. He then offered to try and source a replacement latch (not easy given the age of the lock).

He is clearly a skilled craftsman. I would highly recommend him and will be using him for any future issues“

“My keys did not work at first they were full of burrs and very sharpI bought a wire brush and cleaned them up until I was able to put them into the lock and use them. I even paid the extra to have that done. My money was refunded to me. I will use this service again as to I believe the machine just needs an adjustment.“
