I have thick eyebrows and I don’t trust a lot of people with them because I have had some bad experiences, I’m so happy I went with my gut feeling and got my eyebrows done here because now I don’t go anywhere else. Not only do they have AMAZING customer service and prices, but they actually do an amazing job with shaping of the brows and waxing. So happy to have this amazing business right in my neighborhood, these ladies are the sweetest!
I recently visited Carmen for my first-ever Brazilian blowout, and it was such a great experience! I was a bit nervous since I've never done anything to my hair before, but Carmen made me feel super comfortable. She's so knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process, explaining everything in detail. It felt like chatting with a friend because she's genuinely friendly and nice.
Originally, I only planned to get the Brazilian blowout, but we ended up doing a haircut too. I was worried about cutting off too much, but Carmen really listened and understood exactly what I wanted. She did just the right amount—nothing too drastic, and I love the result!
Carmen offers a bunch of services, from haircuts and Brazilian blowouts to Japanese hair straightening, eyelash lifts, balayage, and highlights. She's inside My Salon Suites, and her space is super clean and cozy. She uses great products and knows what she's doing, all at a reasonable price.

I was gifted a scalp massage for my birthday and it was the most relaxingly euphoric spa treatment I have ever experienced. The facility was so pretty and inviting. The staff was incredibly hospitable, attentive, and warm. I will absolutely be back! If I could give 10 stars, I would.
Rose / Rosa is lovely. She really has a talent for cutting and styling both men's and women's hair. Feels like you're in a spa when she washes your hair. Prices are clearly marked on a sign near the door. Make an appointment in advance or just walk in. Walk ins may need to wait a bit though.

I had called them the previous day and told them I suspected my thermostat was bad.I had given them my reasoning and they agreed. I was able to give them the model # of the thermostat so that they could bring a proper replacement.Upon arrival an inspection was made and they agreed it was toast.After replacing the bad part my a/c was running again.I asked them to check my a/c unit condition. They reported a couple of parts were becoming borderline.I should mention the unit is 12 years old.I was told it was not necessary to replace the parts just yet.This shows their honesty that they didn't push to sell me parts.I had used this company before and I was impressed by their skill and honesty .Also, I should mention their prices are very reasonable.

Highly recommended. Alex did a great job in our crawl space fixing some cracks on the walls. He also installed a sump pump. When my crawl flooded, Alex was able to help us pump the water out the same day. Excellent service, very nice and professional. Tina, the lady in charge of the schedule is awesome too! very responsive.
I was curious about a spray tan, my cousin suggested Pilorum, I was hesitant getting a spray tan but trusted her recommendation and I am so happy I did!

there is no one i trust with my hair except Martha! i've been seeing her for years and when i make an appointment, i know that i will arrive looking like a mess and will leave looking gorgeous -- and that's all thanks to her! from highlights to all over color to a full chop or curtain bangs, she always makes me feel comfortable and absolutely just kills it every time. i highly recommend this salon, especially my girl Martha! :)

The location is easy to find with lots of parking too. Very bright and clean European salon with full service. I've been going here for over 34 years. All staff is friendly, kind, honest and down to earth. I walked out making 2 new friends. The prices are way beyond fair for the level of experience and professionalism. This time my best friend and I needed our hair done for a black tie event and Giorgio and his team did both of us. As you can see, two totally different looks with completely different hair textures and we felt like goddesses when we walked out. Definitely check this spot out!

Great place for haircuts for both men and women! My husband always gets a really fresh and nice cut here (he has thick, black hair), and I love how Lety (Leticia) takes care of mine and gives me the best blunt cut in town. Lety transformed my dark brown hair with light caramel/blond highlights in just 2.5hrs - whatever she does, she takes her time, and gives a job well done. She also did gave a wonderful haircut to my sister who has long layered hair. I would even say these ladies give Floyds quality men haircuts, yep!

We called Climatech based on our friends great experience with them. Sammi came out the same day to quote a tankless water heater. We ran later than we expected at another errand and he graciously waited the extra time. The quote was reasonable and what was even better is that he was able to install the water heater 2 days later. The work was quick and they left job site clean. We will definitely use him again for our plumbing needs.

I think it's a great product it was a little timely having it installed but they cleaned up very well after themselves they was very friendly courteous and explaining all that needed to be known about the Generac they were very knowledgeable on it and shared that with me and made sure that I was in full understanding of the Generac before they left I am happy to have this installed and now it may sound strange but I'm looking forward to the lights going out ?

First time coming here, when you walk in it smells so nice & calming. I suffer from severe Chronic migraines that I get almost every day, I have occipital neuralgia, sciatica and am also pregnant. I get the worst tension in my neck/shoulders that it gives me a migraine & nothing helps give me relief. My husband got this massage for my birthday so I was very excited but didn't want to get my hopes up. I'm pregnant, I never had a massage while pregnant with my first so this time around I had no idea what to expect. They have a pregnancy pillow & make you feel so comfortable. i believe the masseuse name is Angie/Angela but she kept making sure I was feeling okay everytime I let out a sigh lol but I was in heaven. I immediately felt relief from my neck and shoulders. I've had a migraine nonstop this whole week and it's been a few hours since my massage & my muscles feel much better. Alittle sore but I feel so much better. I'll definitely be back again. 10/10

If you are in need of physical therapy, Athletico on Dempster Street in Niles – Morton Grove is definitely the place to go. All of the therapists here are extremely competent, knowledgeable in all the latest techniques, such as dry needling, and they are very kind and understanding of your individual needs, adapting your therapy with those in mind. Physical therapist Joby John and therapy assiant Haroon created such a program for me that demonstrates the measurable progress I'm making, My current visits are the result of coming out of a rehabilitation facility to continue that therapy as well as to get me ready for a total knee replacement. All of those needs are being fully met. Look no further. This is the place to come. You will be very glad you chose Athletico.My review 2 years ago, below:As an 81-year old with a history of bilateral total high replacements and lumbar spinal fusion, , chronic back pain has been part of my daily life for years. Several years ago I was helped greatly by therapy with Parul Shah here and, even with continued home exercise, this winter it was obvious that I was in need of a "tune up". My physiatrist recommended a return to Parul but her schedule was filled more than a month ahead so I worked with Joby John instead who has been remarkable! He really "knows his stuff", is kind, personable and constantly made adjustments and added to my PT program as needs dictated. I obtained pain relief by "dry needling" with therapeutic massage in which Joby is specially trained and certified. After two months of PT I "graduated" to Joby's home exercise program designed for my current needs. I enthusiastically recommend Joby and ALL the excellent therapists and therapy assistants here at Athletico in Morton Grove.
The staff are so kind, patient and very educated in what they do. Place is very easy to find, in a great part of town. Grocery and food within walking distance. highly recommend
