As a current member I am impressed with the equipment and overall lay out. The facility is clean and neat. However it seems the service that will run people away and or using certain equipment in certain areas. Not paying your due on time seems can become a problem or not being a member but a guest could become a issue. Hopefully my time here gets better
I have always been a lifetime member. Later I found that although this place is smaller than lifetime, the price is only 1/10, which also meets my basic needs. I go there from 8-10am in the morning to avoid the peak period, so I don't need to wait for any equipment. The front desk staff is also very friendly. I am still very satisfied.
The two stars because staff is polite and welcoming. The cleanliness and maintenance is comical. Unfortunately, this was my first experience at this location. I’ve usually always purchased the yearly membership, this definitely pushed my decision to not renew my membership.
