Up until this week I have always had a 5 star review experience. I became a member and was very happy with the staff and the products I received. I went in last Friday for a normal fill, by Monday a majority of the lashes on my right middle eye came off. There is a very noticeable gap. I used the app to message the staff about this and got no response. I waited 2 days to hear back before calling the main line. When I called I was promoted to use the text feature instead. I began texting with someone and they asked for pictures and agreed there was a very noticeable gap. They said they would reach out to the location and get back to me. I didn't hear anything back for 5 hours so I reached back out and was told the manager would not honor a free fill to fix the problem. I was never expecting a free fix but did ask to just pay for the fill of the one eye that had the gap and was told that the manager said that this was not an option. I would have to pay the price of a full fill even though I would only be receiving a partial fill for the one eye. I am going out to town this weekend which is why I tried to get this taken care of earlier this week. I'm now left with the option to either leave the noticeable gap or pay full price for another fill after I just paid for a full fill less than a week ago. I'm disappointed because I was really happy with this staff and location up until this point. I understand lashes fall out and people have to run a business but I have to believe there is a better way to treat repeat customers.
