Got my lashes done for the first time with Kiki and they turned out better than I could have imagined. She’s very talented and fun to talk with which made the appointment fly by. Look forward to going back!

I was looking for a new salon/stylist and saw that Refined Beauty had great reviews and thought I would try it. I am somewhat picky about my hair and was very skeptical. As soon as I entered the salon they made me feel welcome! I got Missy as my stylist and was sooooo happy I did! She was so welcoming and explained everything as she was doing it and listened to what i wanted and gave great suggestions! I love my new cut! Thank you Missy!

The space here is super cozy. I’ve been seeing Hannah for sugaring for years and now still make the drive from St. Charles because she is awesome. She is super detailed, skilled at what she does, and friendly. It feels like catching up with a friend while getting the best service. Great vibes. Highly recommend. If you feel your skin is sensitive to waxing try sugaring!
