Wish I could’ve given this place 5 stars solely because of krystal! Krystal is seriously the best employee I’ve ever experienced here. She knows exactly what she’s talking about and changed. My. Life. My skin has never been clearer and I owe it all to her! HOWEVER good lord this lady pam is so. Rude. I can tell she doesn’t work in customer service very often because god is she terrible. Talk about RBF. She didn’t greet me when I walked in, which normally the associates do. She seemed confused… I’ve worked in customer service all my life and idk how she still has a job here.

Madison is my go-to for my monthly facial and wax. She constantly makes time for me and delivers an amazing result every time. I love the consistency and level of professionalism she displays. I highly recommend her!

I LOVE this Bluemercury! Not only do I get the best facials and waxing from Madison, but I get personalized service and extensive product education and adjustments when I need them. My skin and hair have never looked better, my eyebrows are perfect and my beard is gone. Kudos to Madison and Bluemercury..
