Not at all happy with my haircut. Showed a reference picture and asked a couple times to tweak things. 1hr15min for a simple men’s haircut, which would’ve been fine if it was done well. Called after taking a closer look at home, and not a single apology, nor was there any sort of suggestion of finding a solution for me. Didn’t want to write a review like this but hopefully the company will use this to improve upon these issues.Update: Although communication could be improved with the people answering phones, I did have my hair fixed the following day, and thankfully was not charged for it.

Booking appointments is simple and quick through the site and app. Eleanor is fantastic! Very warm and professional and my hair turned out even better than I had expected. I definitely feel pampered every time I come in.Services: Haircut

I agree with another review that this salon isn’t the same anymore. Customer service was poor when I got my hair colored from black to brown. During the appointment she was rude and unwelcoming, but most importantly made a negligible difference in coloring my hair which still looked mostly black; yet she still charged me for the appointment as well as charge for the next appointment to failing to dye it well the first time.I also got my nails done another time, but the technician left large spaces bare when painting even when I mentioned it during the appt.A couple years ago I always had positive experiences with hair appointments, and always recommended the salon to...read full review
