“In 2022, some newly diagnosed health issues triggered a series of surgeries and complications which severely limited most of my physical activity for eight months. When I was ready to resume exercise, I knew I needed help, although I have my own well-equipped home gym. RF has not only helped me get back to a base level of fitness, I have exceeded previous personal benchmarks. I do a lot of bicycling in the summer, and thanks to Sean and his team, I felt stronger on the hills last summer than I had in over ten years, despite having missed the entire previous cycling season. Even though the workouts are in a small group setting, my sessions are tailored to address my unique capabilities and limitations. The workouts are designed to be challenging and varied, while carefully crafted to limit the possibility of injury and potential setback. I have enjoyed doing and learning a lot of exercises I have never previously done, and I appreciate Sean’s attention to the importance of flexibility, in addition to strength. To that end, I have also benefitted greatly by supplementing my workouts with some ProStretch sessions. I feel truly blessed to have found the aptly named “Restoration” Fitness, and I look forward to consistent and continuing progress at RF.“
“I've been going here, twice a week, for a year. This is the longest I've stayed with any fitness plan. At 65, I'm the strongest I have been in my life. And my wife thinks I look pretty good, so there's that, as well. The workouts are fast (less than 25 minutes) but leave you feeling like you've just had one of the most challenging workout. Kevin, Jim, Nate and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, encouraging and professional. The studio is clean and organized.“

“I been with the doc for a little over a year now. I initially came in with lower back problems and then some shoulder problems as well. The good doctor provides specific 'workouts' to help your body improve itself. He has a huge pool of knowledge that will get you back in the gym pain free in no time. I personally started seeing improvements after a session or two. I will likely do these exercises forever. I would recommend this establishment to anyone living in the area. “This is the average joe's gym you probably didn't know you needed in your life. I tried big box gyms and classes in the past but they never really stuck for me and eventually I would lose interest and move on. I have been working with Kyle Hart for over 3 years and counting now.The workouts are guided and specific to each client. Its a fraction of the cost of a standard personal trainer but the same type of quality. He has a focus on full body health and sustainable results. He works with people of all ages and levels of personal fitness and makes an environment you want to be a part of. Could not recommend trying him out for a free session more. The results are there for me and my family.“

“I recently tried out the BURNBarre class here. It was my first group exercise experience and I absolutely LOVED it! Booking the class through the MindBody app was very easy. When I first arrived Sarah greeted me right away and helped me settle in. She gave me a quick tour and showed me where all the equipment was, and also gave me a rundown as to what the class format would look like. The space was clean, organized and inviting. Renee taught the class, and she had great energy! Modifications for exercises were welcomed and encouraged which I was so grateful for! I am basically starting from scratch and was nervous that I would not be able to keep up. Overall, I had a great experience and cannot wait for my next class. Great local spot!“

The fitness classes offered here strike a perfect balance of simplicity and effectiveness. Neil's approach makes even the most challenging movements feel enjoyable and accessible, yet they result in an incredible sweat-inducing, calorie-burning workout. What sets Neil apart is his hands-on involvement; he actively participates alongside us, demonstrating each move and fostering a sense of camaraderie.
One of the highlights of his classes is the concluding stretching session, which leaves me feeling both invigorated and relaxed. “A couple years ago I sprained my ankle and sometimes it bothers me when I go for a run. A friend recommended me to the place he had been, Fit For Life Clinic, to find out what I should do to take care of the problem. My experience there was excellent. My therapist evaluated my stride and muscle imbalances and asked a lot about my activities and exercise routine. My ankle problem is now better and I know what I should do so that it doesn't come back to haunt me again. Every appointment, I was in a private room with my therapist with lots of equipment that we used. I had undivided attention from her every time I went in. I didn't have a prescription to use my insurance for this so I was put into what they call their wellness program. It was cheaper than having to pay my deductible with my insurance. A win-win.“
