“Dr. Peyton is so great and accommodating! First of all, she has explored several ways to help with pain and discomfort. I also appreciate how she will educate you on techniques and anatomy before administering care. I always feel better after my adjustments when i leave there. Second, she has been incredibly accommodating of my needs as a new mom. I don’t have childcare yet, but she lets me bring my daughter to our sessions. She goes above and beyond by engaging with my baby. For example, today she finished feeding her and cleaned off a toy that was dropped on the floor because I couldn’t get off the table mid treatment. Trainers are professional, knowledgeable, and adjust their coaching style to your ability and requests. Facility is clean, organized, great AC system, plenty of parking. “The Perfect Workout really is perfect! I love that it is only 20 minutes and you get results fast. I've always struggled with weight training on my own and the trainers at the Perfect Workout really help with posture, positioning and of course pushing you through the 2 minute intervals. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get in weight training with results weekly. Give it a shot! I've been lucky enough to train with Eric and Andrew and both of them make you feel welcome and comfortable!“
