I saw that four locksmiths received my request and The Professional Locksmith was the first to respond to my inquiry. They asked a few questions, provided an estimate, and when I asked if they could come today, they sent someone on the way with an eta of 45 minutes. Normally I would be wary of just committing to a business, but they had the Yelp Guarantee Badge (Yelp guarantees your project up to $2500), good reviews, and I liked that they were quick to respond. They came out, quickly reviewed the locks. The total came to more than I was quoted but I didn't doubt them as nothing in this place is as expected. The job was finished in under an hour, they explained the locks thoroughly, and we were done. I was pleased that the project was completed today.
