“Edited to 5/5 stars for Dr. Zintak and her assistant. They were phenomenal with my child for the kindergarten eye exam. Found out kiddo needed glasses, she was nervous, we were trying to be super positive about it. My issue is when Dr. Zintak walked up front to tell the staff we needed glasses, the lady working the front desk made a comment along the lines of "ohhhh it's just so sad when they have to get glasses so young, I hate that" back to the doctor, about 5 feet in front of us. I'm sorry, but you work at an eye doctors office, I think you should know to keep those comments to yourself. Not only did it make me sad, but when we got in the car my kid asked why the lady helping us hates kids with glasses. Not exactly a great start to the new life of wearing glasses. So in reference to the Pearle employees, 0/5 and they'd be the reason we may need to find a new eye doc for next year.“

“I appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff from receptionist, to doctor, to the technician who fitted me and ordered my glasses. My only concern is that because I didn't have insurance coverage, I had to select a cheaper frame than what I am accustomed to having. The final price was higher than any glasses, with the same accessories, I have ever purchased. In the future I will be forced to shop around and not just accept the offer through my doctor's office. However, I was impressed that glasses were ready earlier than I was promised and everything was perfect. Good job but too pricey for my retiree income.“

“I took my two year old to Ticho Eye Associates today and had an amazing experience. First the receptionist was very welcoming! My daughter and I loved Nicole, who helped us pick out her first pair of glasses. My daughter was of course touching all of them, and she was patient and friendly. I have been to a lot of optometrist on the southside of Chicago and all I found was extremely poor or outright awful service! Then I found Lunettes! When you go into Lunettes you are greeted by Leeanne. Leeanne is so awesome! From the time I started going to Lunettes, Leeanne was just full of smiles and years of experience. To date the service that she provides is impeccable. She knows everything about her job and she knows how to get what she wants so she can provide the customer with exactly what they want. I have more than one insurance available and she easily uses every benefit available to me. Nicole, is a little newer but she has worked with Leanne in the past and it shows. Nicole is extremely nice and extremely helpful when Leeanne is not holding down the fort. She is a perfect teammate. Dr. Lange was initially quiet but that has changed. She is always asking about the family and how things are on the daily. Dr. Lange is genuinely interested in how her patients are doing and has a pleasant chair side manner. She is genuinely happy to do what she does and it shows. Dang it the whole office is just the bee's knee's. I will be going there until they tell me to stop coming in. LOL. Her staff is equally wonderful. They’re always so nice, so efficient, and they make you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend…they’re the best!!“

“This place is fantastic. I loved everyone I saw that day. I just wish they had Saturday hours. I'm a school teacher with an evening job as well. The lack of Saturday hours made picking up my item difficult. I had to take time off work to go pick up my glasses. That was the only issue. My original appointment was during spring break but the pick up time was a few weeks later.“

“I went here for the first time after doing some research. They are kind, professional and very knowledgeable. They have a full choice of frames onsite. Dr. Roby spoke with me directly. He explained how they work and how they’re set up. They are in the neighborhood and family friendly. I wanted to keep the money on the neighborhood and his eye clinic is exactly what I needed in order to do that. They are an awesome group!“
