Once I was directed to Apria the whole process went quickly. The representative that I talked to on the phone was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The sleep machine showed up at my home much faster that I was expecting (about a week). The equipment has bee easy to figure out with lots of written instruction in pamphlets and on line. My first night was a bit frustrating because I didn't have the right nose piece but the 2nd night I felt very comfortable and slept 8 hours with it on. Very happy with this new health device!
We've had a no-nonsense and good experience with Apria! I wish CPAPs weren't so expensive to buy outright, but leasing one through our insurance has been hassle-free and I'm impressed with today's tech.
I use oxygen at night and when I'm walking around. The technicians are knowledgable and courteous. They service the concentrator twice a year and it's always done quickly and with a minimum of fuss. I've had interaction with the office in Machesney Park a couple of times and was well taken care of. Very Pleased with their service.
