I was hired and went to orientation and a month later I still had not one client. I called and emailed and I had two people reach out and had them tell me about a possible client. Once I accepted they said they would call me back with details and never did. They tried to give me clients out of town when I told them I wanted to stay local. I’m not sure how they hire people and just have them sitting with no clients and income.

I have worked for addus probably about a little over 2 years now.. They have always been nice and respectful to me. Although they get busy and don't answer the phone or don't get back to you right away!! (they will get back.) people we need to realize this is a health care establishment. they're very busy, do understand I know about health care I've been in over 30 years now. We need to have patience with the staff and also we need to have patients with our clients because they're old and they're disabled and some are very irritated... THE JOB HAS GONE DOWN BAD NOW THEY HAVE NEW STAFF I DONT RECOMMEND TO WORK HERE THEY DONT GIVE YOU MANY HOURS AND ONLY HAVE YOU ON CALL WHEN THEY NEED YOU . AND THE MANGER IS VERY RUDE
