“Our basement was flooded due to a water line break. This occured in the early morning of Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I called ServiceMaster before 7AM and they had a crew of 4 at our house within 90 minutes. The carpeting and pad in the basement were ruined and the crew got to work removing water and taking up the carpet and pad. They assessed damage to the walls, too, and have taking the necessary steps to open everything up to allow it to dry. They work directly with our insurance company and the crew could not be nicer or more efficient. I cannot recommend their service enough...an awful way to start a holiday weekend has been made tolerable due to their commitment, efficiency and professionalism.“

“Had a fantastic experience using Loren Carpet Cleaners to clean some area rugs this week.My poor dog ate something that turned his GI tract into a salad spinner, and he unleashed its fury all over our rug. We did our best to clean it but the rug still had some staining and odor. I found Loren online and saw that they had great reviews, so I called.Brian (owner) listened to my tale and assured me that this was something he'd helped clients remediate on the regular. He then asked questions to size up the project and give me an estimate over the phone. “First picture is the guys work that actually accepted the $100 just to leave and not make it more of a mess. I wasn’t home but he claims he went over these spots 5 times and they won’t go away. Second picture is after 1 to 2 runs using a $32 rug doctor rental. It’s funny how a $150 carpet cleaner did a better job than the whiner that showed up with a $1000+ cleaner. This all happened after a 3 hour delay to the 9-10 am appointment. Don’t waste your money here they’re dirt cheap for a reason. Person answering calls only responded with “oh wow I’m sorry” instead of offering a reasonable explanation or something to make up for the ridiculousness.“
