We have had a problem toilet for a few months, and the last plumbers I brought in seem to keep making the problem worse. Luis came on Monday, diagnosed the problem, and gave me three options. On Tuesday, I made a decision, and today (Wednesday), the work is done. He was professional, friendly, and efficient.
Geoff from Rocket Plumbing was just great! He took the time to explain what he was going to do, and once I gave the green light, he got right to it!! He replaced two toilets and installed two replacement bathroom faucets for what I considered a very reasonable price and did it all in the span of one afternoon! Best of all, he hauled away all of the old stuff!! Problem completely solved, and I'd have him over again in a heartbeat!!
Eric did an amazing job fixing the issue I had with my toilet tank as the water was draining out in the tank on his own. He was on time, professional, friendly and quick to do the job. He even had to run out for parts and was happy to do so. He also checked my other toilets to ensure they were all in good shape.
