“I brought my 18 year old Epson Printer in today. This is a 6 cartridge photo printer that prints amazing colors. I figured it must be the printer head finally going causing all of the black streaks across the prints. Turns out the printer had become clogged with hair (Mine!)! And the hair was being dragged across the print. They cleaned it out and it works great now. This is the second time in 2 years that they have saved my printer. Thank you so much. “I dropped my laptop on the pavement a few days ago and was devastated because the last time I had to get my computer repaired it took many weeks. I called Triple Check Techs and an extremely knowledgeable person answered the phone. He asked me a few questions and then told me how I could go about fixing the problem by getting an inexpensive device from a computer store. Rather than taking my computer and doing a fairly expensive fix the man helped me get my problem fixed in less than 30 minutes for $30. I will 100% use Triple Check Techs for all of my computer repairs in the future.“
“I had an issue with an external hard drive not connecting to my computer, so I called around to a few places in Naperville for possible data recovery. The first place wanted $100 (non refundable) just to LOOK at the hard drive - pass. Another spot said they had to send the drives out to a "clean room." But Ken at Mynex just said to drop in and we would see where things were at? Fair enough, I'm glad I did.Luckily, he quickly figured out I just needed an adapter to copy the data, no disk recovery needed (yay). But it turns out Ken is a big music fan and plays guitar, the harder the better, so something that could have been very very expensive turned out to be kind of fun?Headline: Here's a shop which caters to small business owners and doesn't feel to need to jack them up for things that don't need fixing. Recommended!“
