This guy is really the best. He has motivated me to work out, something I never did before. I’ve been with him for nearly 5 years, through my single days, he kept me healthy during my pregnancy, and now he’s whipped me back into shape and helped me take off my 40 lbs. pregnancy weight gain less than a year since Riley was born. I cannot recommend him enough.

He is constantly switching things up and keeping it interesting. Brian is very skilled and knowledgeable, but what I like about Brian is that he is also very down to earth and fun.
