This plan and Dr Plourdé Method is different. It's caring and its logical. It's easier to stay on plan when you understand how everything you're doing affects your success. That alone makes saying 'no' to all the temptations in our daily lives that much easier. I had 20 years of being overweight and plenty of opportunities to try lose the weight on my own, but couldn't do it or didn't do it. I lost fifty pounds this year and i feel wonderful! I highly recommend the Plourde institute! The care I received was top notch. Dr. Plourde was able to help me when no other weight loss program worked. If you are struggling it's worth the call!

The Plourde Institute saved my life in more ways than one. I lost 89 pounds in less than a year and have been able to keep off all of my weight for over 6 months in his maintenance program. This program works.
