“I recently tried out the BURNBarre class here. It was my first group exercise experience and I absolutely LOVED it! Booking the class through the MindBody app was very easy. When I first arrived Sarah greeted me right away and helped me settle in. She gave me a quick tour and showed me where all the equipment was, and also gave me a rundown as to what the class format would look like. The space was clean, organized and inviting. Renee taught the class, and she had great energy! Modifications for exercises were welcomed and encouraged which I was so grateful for! I am basically starting from scratch and was nervous that I would not be able to keep up. Overall, I had a great experience and cannot wait for my next class. Great local spot!“
“I've been going here, twice a week, for a year. This is the longest I've stayed with any fitness plan. At 65, I'm the strongest I have been in my life. And my wife thinks I look pretty good, so there's that, as well. The workouts are fast (less than 25 minutes) but leave you feeling like you've just had one of the most challenging workout. Kevin, Jim, Nate and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, encouraging and professional. The studio is clean and organized.“
