Shawn kept in contact with me throughout,, informing me of timelines, asking questions to be sure he did exactly what I wanted. He and his men always showed up when they said they would. The workmanship was wonderful. It only took 2 weeks from start to finish - and this was a complete tear-out and adding in a huge linen closet in place of my old garden tub. I wish I could have posted pics but couldn't figure out how.) I will certainly use his company in the future and have recommended him to several friends!“

“I called for service and they were here within an hour! They found an outdoor clean out access that other service companies had never found in the 8 years I’ve lived in my home and they repaired it on the same visit! Very respectful and kind and definitely did a great job to get things running again at the most reasonable cost. Would recommend 10 out of 10 and would always use again!“

“Our entire experience with Maxson was wonderful! No one likes having a plumbing issue, but if you have one, this is the place to call. I called and talked to Anita at the office. I knew that it might be the following day for them to come out, since I called after 12:00 PM. She quickly looked and said that they had a plumber in our area already and may be able to squeeze me in the same day. And she did! PJ and his apprentice (I wish I had gotten his name) were at our home within an hour of when I called, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed very quickly. The price was so reasonable! I have used another plumbing company in the area, who charged me more for simply coming out to diagnose a problem than Maxson charged me for everything. While we hope that we don't have any future issues, they will be our go to if we do. They are wonderful, and I highly recommend them!“

“Update: Original 5-star review below, but since then I’ve continued using Preferred Plumbing for my kitchen sink, reverse osmosis system, etc. Latest repair was an urgent sump pump issue and they saved the day again.Original review: We found out we had a major leak underground between the meter and the house.
