“The best part of toned yoga ( besides the 20lbs I have lost since I started taking classes) is how accepting, inspiring and loving Kendra, Jill, Anna and Nate are to their students ( I haven’t tried any other teachers but I imagine they are just as amazing.) I was never once made to feel like at my heaviest and least in shape that I wasn’t part of their community or that I shouldn’t be in the class. Their energy, optimism and encouragement gets me out of my office and into the studio. Also they love dogs, so I would give 6 stars if I could.“

“I haven’t been to a yoga class for a very long time so I took the Restore class. It was lovely - the instructor was great and I didn’t feel any pressure to move beyond what I was able. The room was spacious and very clean. The room was a little warmer than I would have liked, but I’m always hot.? Would recommend!“
“I recently tried out the BURNBarre class here. It was my first group exercise experience and I absolutely LOVED it! Booking the class through the MindBody app was very easy. When I first arrived Sarah greeted me right away and helped me settle in. She gave me a quick tour and showed me where all the equipment was, and also gave me a rundown as to what the class format would look like. The space was clean, organized and inviting. Renee taught the class, and she had great energy! Modifications for exercises were welcomed and encouraged which I was so grateful for! I am basically starting from scratch and was nervous that I would not be able to keep up. Overall, I had a great experience and cannot wait for my next class. Great local spot!“
“I’m enjoying this studio so much!I heard about this place from a friend when I moved to the area, so I decided to take a class there. I immediately felt welcomed, which was rare from studios I’ve previously visited where I used to live. I also love that Black Cat has kundalini, which is hard to find, and they really do have a variety of yoga classes for everyone. I highly recommend this place because they also have a wonderful 3 week introduction rate to try out the classes. It’s a great way to see what you like.“

“I truly love this place! The owners are amazing and very welcoming. It's brand new and the location can be a bit tricky if you don't know where you're going. If you miss the turn out you need to make a u-turn because the next entrance is a one way exit. What makes this place amazing is the space though. It's like an all in one shop for yoga (workout), mind (therapy rooms), and body (adorable boutique) I highly encourage you give one of their classes a try. You won't be disappointed!“
“I’ve signed up for nutrition coaching and online membership program with focused results a few months ago and I’ve never felt better mentally and physically. Zak is an awesome nutrition coach. The program involves daily contents that relate to your nutrition goals and each day I look forward to reading about nutrition and how I can prep healthier meals that fit my daily routine. Zak is such an inspiration and motivation. When I’m doing his online workouts it’s as if he’s right next to me pushing me to dig deeper ? the workouts are awesome! Zak is also quick to respond to any questions. The program makes you want to make healthier daily choices no matter where you are.I’ve also signed up for online video on demand and have been doing daily yoga/meditation. Dani is an amazing yoga instructor! If you have trouble sleeping or trouble living in the present moment, I highly recommend doing daily yoga and meditation. There are days when I’m overdoing things because as you know in our society we are constantly doing something. However, I’ve never considered the importance of pausing (for at least 5 minutes) to bring yourself back to the present moment. This has been so helpful because after pausing to meditate I feel as if I can take on so much more with a peaceful mind. Dani’s online yoga classes are designed for every level. You don’t have to be a pro yogi to keep up. Every morning I listen to morning meditation and it helps me get through my daily tasks. At night before going to bed, I listen to evening meditations and I kid you not, I’ve been sleeping like a baby. “You have to drop into one of these classes....than you will never leave Avani yoga or Sky Fitness for that matter. My favorite is gentle. The studio is really spacious and well designed which makes your experience even better. Oh... and did I mention they also have FREE Hot Yoga in a separate Agni studio? A must try!!!“

“I truly enjoy coming here to exercise and get motivated even more to be healthy and fit. All staff is kind, friendly. Especially instructors for classes are excellent-experienced and confident, many classes in various levels are offered daily for all members but fill quickly. It has Indoor and huge outdoor swimming pools which will open soon for this summer. Also it is a family friendly place that there are children's activities and classes while parents work out. LIFE Cafe has beverages and helthy food.“
“First time visit. I arrived 30 min earlier and no one was there. Then 20 min before class started someone came to open the door. The studio is clean and spacious. The instructor is professional and vinyasa sequence is fun. The room is true hot yoga style which was what I looked for. Perfect detox after a long flight. Highly recommended.“
