“I had a great experience with this dry cleaner and will definitely be continuing to use them!I'm posting this review in part because I want to shout out the employees. First timer, I was confused a bit by the online form for scheduling a pickup, so I called the store. It was during the holidays and the owner was out of town. Instead of telling me to wait until the next week for him to come back, they took it upon themselves to pickup my items, clean them, and return them. Was there clarity on how they were going to get paid for providing this service? Not really. But ya know what, I appreciate that they cared more about making sure I had clean sweaters and throw blankets in a timely manner. And luckily it ended up being less expensive than I expected! It was very easy to pay over the phone after the fact once the owner was back in town and figured out what was going on. 10/10 would recommend. These shirts had been worn to work and worn again and again. Bethel and I looked at the collars and cuffs. She wanted to be sure I knew that it might not be possible to restore every shirt to its former glory. I left my mistreated clothing in her care on a Saturday.
