“Over the past several years I have had to use home health care services from skilled RNs while on Home Infusion Therapy. I have had experiences with a few other home health care agencies before I found Newsome Home Health and stuck with them over the years. Newsome Home Health has been the BEST to work with by far. As with any home health company, there are some outstanding nurses and some that are less than perfect. However, for the most part I have gotten very lucky to have had some regular nurses from Newsome that have been exceptional and go above and beyond. If for whatever reason you are not happy with something, Newsome will take your concerns seriously and promptly work with you to bring things to your satisfaction. Their billing department is exceptional, which is almost as important as the quality of nursing care, and is a great relief to me. They consistently work with my insurance to get all related matters taking care of satisfactorily, with me seldom needing to get involved in the process, as I have enough to deal with already. “I was released from the hospital and needed therapy and nursing care to get my back on my feet. I was so fortunate to have the therapists and nurse. My therapist were Ed and Kelli. Both were so patient without letting me give up or regress. I was able to progress from requiring a walker to walking on my own. And the OT Kelli was able to get me back to being able to dress myself and take care of my household duties. I would not have been able to do any of this without these 2.Then there was my Nurse, Jessica. She was outstanding. So knowledgeable and efficient. She was able to get me over the finish line to healing.I highly recommend Newsome. They were always here when they said and were flexible enough to work around my schedule. And I don't think I could have received better care anywhere.“

“I have been going to Integrated Physical Medincine of Joliet for 5 months now for neck pain and stiffness. I have a very physical demanding job. In March, I was having neck pain, a lot of headaches, and a very stiff neck. It was difficult to drive and turn my head. With therapy, exercises and healing mechanisms used by IPM; I feel so much better! I can turn my head much better. My neck is rarely ever stiff. My headaches have become very minimal. My neck and shoulder areas have gotten stronger and I am able to get through my days without reaching for that headache medicine or needing a massage once a week! The staff is very supportive, always pushing me to get better! If you are nervous about chiropractors, don't be. They ease you into it and I gave them a chance!“
