Jenny came to my home, studied my environment, watched me perform daily living tasks, and then created exercises that I could do in my home to help build up leg strength and flexibility. She created a whole series of exercises that I can do while using my walker. She designed exercises I can do using my lift chair. These are practical, safe exercises I can actually do in my home.
