“The Physical therapy team developed a set of exercises which improved the tone in my knees so I no longer require compression bandages on my knees. l have a15 step staircase which I climb 10 times a day. “I had a lot of issues. I worked with Dr. Amy, Jodi and Linda. They worked together to help all of my needs. They were very patient and encouraged me in the exercises they gave me. I felt that they were walking this healing journey with me. I kept hearing, "Time is your friend." Which is so true! Not only were the therapists excellent, the administrative staff was, too. I worked with both Kims and Cami. By God's grace, I officially "graduated" out (LOL). Dr. Amy recommended that I receive massages (medical massages) to help further the healing. She recommended I go to Advanced Medical Massage and the therapist there is excellent as well. I HIGHLY recommend 1st Choice Fyzical.“

Her and Crystal Lake Physical Therapy. They spend the whole time with you for your appointment (no pt aides) and it shows with recovery time.“

“Dr. Han is amazing! With age comes aches and pain and he always knows exactly what to do to fix it. I had pain in my knee and ankle was always hurting. Within 2 visits I was fixed. I thought I was going to have to live with it and suffer but he knew exactly what I was talking about and made it better! My husband has had an issue with his back for over 10 years and dr Han has made those pains go away as well. I've never had an issue with my billing and insurance either and there are absolutely no surprise charges. I recommend Dr. Han to all my friends and family, he's the best!“

“As an owner of 1st Choice Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers I was very concerned to see the reviews by Michael Etman, Cassandra DeSmet and Vera Atkinson which were all in the same week. After investigating this, none of these 3 people have ever been patients or customers of our business. They are all affiliated with the tanning place next store to our business. Their negative comments towards our valued employee was retaliation for our employee asking them if they could turn down the music. They were playing it so loud it was interfering with conversations between our Therapist and patients. We had to ask several times and eventually had to ask the landlord to intervene. Their response was to place these one star reviews on a business where they have never been a patron. Unfortunately there was not a way to respond directly to their reviews so I had to create this review to have the truth known. Please note that the people who have actually been customers have all given 5 star ratings.“
“I came to the ER by ambulance because of a badly swollen leg and at this point I've been here a few hours and not been seen yet by a doctor. Perhaps I should have gone to Sherman hospital! But Northern has this great reputation Maybe the closest it gets to the downtown hospital is the sign out front. I hope to be seen by a doctor soon and get some relief for this leg pain and swelling.“
