From the start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. Both Ben and Dave were so organized, punctual, efficient and hard working through every detail of our major bathroom project.

The very start can get overwhelming with all the small details and choices you have to make and they don’t just throw it on your lap to figure out. Ben helped us make these decisions by providing samples, pointing us in the right direction and sitting down with us to go over all our options. They’re also really good about keeping honest and quick communication with us along the way. We even got to meet both their parents, which was a nice treat to see how it’s a close family run business. Their employee, Jacob was also such a great hard working guy.

One of the small details that really makes them stand out is how clean they kept our home during the job. They built a wall to keep the dust contained and put down plastic along the floors and they would wrap up every workday by vacuuming. We had expected things to get pretty dusty during this project but the way they work and clean, it was kept minimal and we really appreciated this. We are truly impressed with the whole process! The final outcome of our master bathroom is so breathtaking and beautiful. It’s better than we had ever imagined it could be and are so happy with it. We can’t wait to have them improve another part of our home sometime down the road.

“We called JSR after a storm knocked a tree down and damaged another tree. Jeff arrived within an hour to assess the damage and give us a quote. In addition to the tree removal, we asked him to trim a lot of old, dead branches off of a tree we'd been meaning to have taken care of for a while. Jeff and his crew were very professional, took care of the trees in question, and their cleanup afterward was impressive... the yard around the trees was completely cleared of debris/twigs. The damaged tree and the yard around the tree ended up looking better than they had even before the storm damage. Highly recommend.“

I chose Jim because of his reputation and because I knew that building out a dental office is not the same as adding on a porch let alone renovating a kitchen or bathroom. It needs to be done by someone who is familiar with the specifics of dental office design and building codes. I didn’t want someone’s brother in law who could save a few bucks up front only to be faced with problems down the road.
