Ben was always on time and was always willing to help us make sure the kitchen design was just the way we wanted. His organization and scheduling of other contractors was well planned. He also made sure we stayed on track with the choices that we needed to make as well as giving advice on what we were choosing. Dave, Cody and Jacob were always on time always made sure the project area was cleaned at the end of the day. Their attention to detail was truly amazing. Dave’s cabinetry was exactly what we wanted. We are amazed at the quality of our custom made cabinets. We were especially surprised that the project that was quoted for 5 weeks was done in 4. They kept us informed every day of what to expect. Since hiring them to do our kitchen we have had them install a new storm door, lay a new floor in living room, and paint. “Old Floor 2 New was recommended to me by a trusted contractor. Arnie and Allison were an absolute pleasure to work with. I needed emergency flooring on two of three levels of my new home and wanted the same flooring that I had wasn’t available anywhere. They reached out to venders and based on photos were able to find 3 samples for me that were pretty darn close, with one of those being spot on. The floors were ordered on a Thursday and they were installed on Monday and Tuesday, so I could move in on Thursday.The two installers did an incredible job. They were fast, courteous and clean. They took time to show my two middle schoolers how the floors were coming along in their new rooms and even answered a bunch of questions they were asking. My floors look absolutely stunning and I’m so thankful for the recommendation. They were even able to save me a good chunk of money.I have previously used Empire and Home Depot and there’s no comparison. Old Floors 2 New was by far the best from start to finish. “Zack does an excellent job from start to finish, whether big or small projects- it doesn't matter. We provide electrical services to him and he is great to work for. He does it right and does not cut corners (unless you specifically ask him to cut corners, like for our new crown molding!) I asked about a tricky installation to a sloped ceiling at our house. We had called 4 carpenters who said that it was impossible without putting transition blocks in the corners. It was a small job, so we weren't sure that Zack would have time. He said that it was within his wheelhouse and got us scheduled to the first opening he had. Zack texted on the way to confirm and set up tarps once he arrived. After a practice cut and a few modifications, he got to work. He is incredibly patient, but efficient at the same time. When he finished there were a several little triangle cuts in the trash and he never needed the spare 12 footer that we bought just in case. It turned out perfectly and we get all kinds of compliments about our updated great room!“
