“I had a small project that most people in Scott's industry would have probably run from. I had 3 companies, including Scott Rose Tech take a look. Scott was very fair and transparent about pricing, equipment being used, potential issues, etc. Scott install an exterior audio system for my back yard, he set up my home network with a new switch and made sure that all of the cat5 outlets were working. Then revamped my wireless internet with two wireless access points. Oh... I forgot to mention he did all of that and cleaned up a mess in my A/V closet that was less by the previous homeowner that you would have to see to believe. One of the wireless access points that was installed failed after a couple of weeks (obviously not anything to do with Scott) but Scott came by tested it, tried to fix it and ultimately replaced it.
On top of being good at what he does Scott is a pleasure to work with. There were a few interactions with dogs, kids and a rogue Rumba and Scott took it all in stride. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott for anything smart home, network, A/V...
