JK Technology Solutions is an excellent provider. Probably the premier technology provider in the area. A small shop with additional services for businesses. All I bought was a P.O.S.T tester, but find that in any Best Buy or even Microcenter. (Not likely) Seeing a slightly bigger shop with more targeted and esoteric products like Radio Shack … it’d be nice, but for now… I don’t know of any other place to find some of the things JK offers.

I called because of a problem running my new computer and Rudy walked me through some quick diagnostics over the phone and solved a problem that other IT technicians worked on for 2 hours and couldn’t fix! I have been going to JK for hardware and software issues for 15 years and could not love them more!! Efficient, reasonable, helpful and professional. Thanks, Rudy!!

I walked in the store today 8/2/23 with no appointment and truly expected it would take 2 weeks for them to work on my laptop computer. They look very busy. Rudy met me at the door and listened to my problems with the laptop and without hesitation took it to his desk and in 30 minutes solved all my problems. Who does this today? The price was very fair and he explained everything he was doing. I will only be going to JK on all my computer needs. I will give their name out when I can. I am 75 years old, and we not so good techs, all need this kind of service that Rudy gave to me.
