TipTop is a great overall group fitness program for athletes to get to the next level! All sports and ages can benefit from TipTop. My speed and agility have improved tremendously on the field. I also had a weak ankle that they made it into a strength for change of direction I highly recommend TipTop for all kids!!!
TipTopTraining had really tremendously helped me benefit as a soccer athlete . I started coming here about 2 years ago as a small weak kid and it's really helped me with my strength, agility and speed. TipTopTraining has also really helped me with my injury prevention. The great coaches and other athletes at TipTop help created a really healthy and beneficial environment for everyone here.
