“I absolutely love Andrea. I have been coming to her studio ever since she opened 18 years ago. She is highly trained in classic pilates and studied under Romana Kryzanowska (who trained under Joe Pilates). This was important to me when searching for a pilates studio, because most gyms offer pilates classes, but the instructors have no where near the training of classically trained pilates instructors. Not only does she know what she's doing, but she has an amazing gift for teaching and explaining. After just a few months of classes I noticed incredible changes in my body and posture. I've seen new people start with her that are hunched over and limping who now walk upright. It's incredible. I'm a chiropractor, and I send all my patients to her because I know she'll take care of them and can modify exercises if needed. Pilates is amazing and so is Andrea. “I'm still in LOVE with Yoga Six. I have been getting to know the different instructors. Everyone is different. I don't like a workout that is TOO intense. I would say mid is good enough for me. I love RESTORE which is really slow and just focuses on stretching. I do love HOT and Power Yoga. Sculpt yoga has given me such a workout that I have been sore for a few days. Everyone is so nice. I love that the studio is super clean. My current favorite instructors are Claire and Ana. They both have great positive, encouraging energy. I just hit my 30th class!“

“They were incredibly accommodating and welcoming when I came in from out of town. Great locker room and facilities. A little small and very unorganized in terms of weights being all over the place but I'll chalk that up to it being a gym and gym goers being awful lol. Awesome selection of equipment and attachments for cables that far exceed the typical 3 attachments you find. Absolutely would recommend. I dealt with Ursula and she was great with the tour and informing me what amenities were available!“
“Justin is an amazing trainer, I’ve done 1-1 Pilates in the past with him which I loved and now strength training. I’ve had injuries in the past so was hesitant but everything is uniquely customized to you and your abilities to push you out of your comfort zone safely. The staff is all super friendly. The only complaint is the hours of the gym itself especially for the price of membership being $129/mo, you would think it would be 24Hr.“
