I am so grateful to have found this studio and that it has brought the practice of yoga back into my life. They have flexible class times that allow me to squeeze in classes outside of the traditional 9-to-5 work hours. All of the teachers are very friendly and offer modifications for students of all experience levels. I love heated yoga classes and appreciate the peaceful and darker environment inside the studio. I have also enjoyed some of their special event classes like yoga at a brewery which was a nice way to socialize and meet people who go to the classes. Highly recommend this studio to others!

I’ve only been to on restorative class so far but it was a wonderful class! Even better, I initially signed up for a $30 for 20 days plan but quickly realized that plan came with a 2 month unlimited classes investment/commitment which I did not want. Matt quickly returned my call and was able to refund me and switch me over to the 3 classes for $26 offer.

Absolutely LOVE Yoga6 Downers Grove! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the facilities are perfect, and the classes are amazing. There is something for every level and I always leave feeling focused and centered. I highly recommend Yoga6!
