In my condo a fire sprinkler water line break flooded the entire unit with 2" water. Within an hour of my call that freezing evening (Jan 17th) they were on the job evacuating water and started full water remediation the very next day. Because of their fast action; no mold growth started as compared to another condo unit that had a similar freeze break and remediation didn't start for almost a week. Very impressed with the quantity of equipment they used to dry out the condo & demo of drywall & flooring. “First picture is the guys work that actually accepted the $100 just to leave and not make it more of a mess. I wasn’t home but he claims he went over these spots 5 times and they won’t go away. Second picture is after 1 to 2 runs using a $32 rug doctor rental. It’s funny how a $150 carpet cleaner did a better job than the whiner that showed up with a $1000+ cleaner. This all happened after a 3 hour delay to the 9-10 am appointment. Don’t waste your money here they’re dirt cheap for a reason. Person answering calls only responded with “oh wow I’m sorry” instead of offering a reasonable explanation or something to make up for the ridiculousness.“
