My experience began with Tomasz servicing my old HVAC and doing what he could to get me through the winter. He was super helpful and responsive. Eventually my HVAC failed and so I compared a few quotes and ultimately went with New Comfort and Tomasz for my new HVAC system as his attention to my needs, incredible patience, ability to explain all the details just blew me away. Other companies treated me like just another sale or deal to be made, NOT Tomasz. They treated me like FAMILY. Any issues I had he showed up so quickly, great communicator, and the team he works with was top notch. Professional, courteous, and so well trained/experienced. “Eric did a great job fixing all three issues I had. He knew right away what the problems were and why I couldn't figure them out myself. He was knowledgeable, polite, and communication was great. The time range they gave when he would come out was accurate, and I liked how he called a half hour beforehand. He was also time-efficient-- he was done in the time I expected him to be done, and payment was easy. He provided an itemized receipt e-mailed to me which I also liked. He also gave some maintenance tips for the future. The work was a little on the pricier side but the quality of it was great. I'd much rather pay extra for a company that hires licensed/certified people than go with a cheaper place that does unreliable, half-baked work. Would definitely use again.“

“Spoke to Robert Forte at 9 am, one hour later, Jake and Marty showed up. They were very professional, listened carefully as this is an old house with many issues. They did their job very well and fixed what needed to be done.They used the shoe covers, even asked for a dustpan so they could clean up after themselves. I had a very good experience and will recommend Forte company to my friends. As having the plumbing issues is never fun, I was glad to support a local business. With the winter storm, no way I was getting out there to address the heat not working.
