“Tuesday was the first time that I attended a yoga class, let alone a hot yoga class. I couldn't tell you what I was expecting but the class was everything I could have wanted and more. The instructor, was extremely kind. She offered and demonstrated alternatives for most of the poses. You can tell that she was passionate about her craft. Let me tell you as a first timer highly recommend, there are other kinds of yoga classes taught here that I am looking forward to trying out. Parking is meh around here depending on when is your class (but I don't blame them for this)“
