“Our refrigerator started losing cooling over several days. Called Bob's on a Friday evening, their repairman was here Saturday morning. He did a thorough diagnostic, and found the heating element that defrosts the cooling coils had failed, and the coils were covered in a block of ice. He had to travel to two different suppliers to get the parts, spent over five hours total and also did a cleaning of the exchange coils under the case. The 16-year-old refrigerator is running like new, and the cost was much less than we expected. Best service!“

“Our A/C went out last summer in some of the hottest heat we've had in years. We had gone through multiple repair companies before, they charged us through the roof and would arrive when it was convenient for them, and none could seem to fix our air. Called Emex, they arrived super fast, explained to us what was wrong, and fixed our A/C in no time at all! I thought they had forgotten a few zero's on the price when I saw the bill! Super affordable! While others in our neighborhood are left without A/C from sub-par jobs by the other guys, we're sitting here in air so cool we could store meat in it! “I called Frigidaire and after a long wait was told that they couldn't help me with my problem and gave me a link to find local authorized repair services. When I called the person who answered couldn't have been more helpful. He walked me through what to try myself first before scheduling an in-person service call, and it worked! The steps given to me by Frigidaire were unhelpful - this gentleman knew so much more. All of my kitchen appliances are Frigidaire and this is the only place I would go to if service is needed. Excellent service, ended up costing me nothing, so they are trustworthy and honest. Thank you so much!!“
“Purchased a home a few months back and scheduled Doc Ricks to inspect the Washer/ dryer and vent work since he services the machines at my work... The dryer and vents were loaded with lint and the belt was fairly worn on the washer. Anthony took apart and vacuumed out the inside of the dryer and rodded the vents. He had the belt on his truck and carries most common parts for most machines. He was on time, had the part he needed and the price was right. Hopefully don't need him again soon but know who I will be calling.“
