I tried big box gyms and classes in the past but they never really stuck for me and eventually I would lose interest and move on. I have been working with Kyle Hart for over 3 years and counting now.The workouts are guided and specific to each client. Its a fraction of the cost of a standard personal trainer but the same type of quality. He has a focus on full body health and sustainable results. He works with people of all ages and levels of personal fitness and makes an environment you want to be a part of. Could not recommend trying him out for a free session more. “JP Wood Martial Arts is a fantastic place for both kids and adults who want to learn Teakwondo. Both Mr and Mrs Wood are great with the kids and love to joke around, but keep professional. They also teach discipline, integrity and focus. No one wants anyone to fail and the other students jump in the help when needed. We have told many friends/people about them and have made new friends as well. My boys have been here for over a year now and love coming. Higher belts/older age get to use sparring equipment which is a great time to watch. I highly recommend this place for anyone.“

“If you're thinking about getting back surgery, pay a visit to Kim at Perseverance Pilates first. I started having back issue in May 2020, and met with 5 Physical Therapists, 2 chiropractors, 3 orthopedic surgeons and received a variety of evaluations, x-rays, MRIs and steroid injections over that time, with little improvement. One ortho even recommended "minimally invasive" surgery, that included fusion of the L4/L5 vertebra and screws and pins. I came upon Perseverance Pilates through a Google search, as I continued to look for solution and better treatment options. I've been going to Perseverance for about a few months now and my back has improved significantly. Kim has helped me build strength and mobility, and I've been able to resume workouts and business/personal travel without fear of having my back spasm up. She does a great job of listening and evaluating, then crafting a plan to address your physical limitations.“

“My wife and I have trained separately with Brian for more than 4 years. He has designed totally different training programs for each of us to meet our specific needs. I'm impressed with his knowledge of various training techniques, human anatomy (ligaments, tendons, muscles, muscle recovery time, etc.), and how he is a true expert on nutrition and foods that I should eat to stay fit and healthy. He even designed a nutrition program for me. He is always careful to be sure that the training does not exceed my abilities so that I don't suffer any pains, strains, or injuries. I really enjoy that he constantly challenges me and that he goes through a full stretching and roll-out after each session. It's great that he comes to my home and incorporates weights, bands, and equipment that own and that he "lugs" his own equipment with him to fill in for the "stuff" that I don't have. “Burke Fitness, formerly Fitness Masters at this location is great studio for private work out sessions. I am a novice and I found the idea of gym trainers or even going to the gym intimidating. The studio has all the equipment needed to get in shape. I work with Sarah. The sessions are reasonably priced (another intimating part about working with a gym) and she provides diet plans and looks out for my overall health. I have a couple of metabolic issues and thought I'd be a difficult client to work with, but Sarah was already knowledgeable about what my disorders entailed and has catered to me like no other trainer would. I've never repeated a routine and she has hit muscle groups I never knew existed. I set a 3 month goal, but Sarah helped me accomplish it in 2; I now have new goals and wouldn't train anywhere else.“
