Dan has done EXCELLENT work for us. He has done work at our home and at our investment properties. Everything from small repairs to totally new plumbing for an entire house. He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and gives accurate time frames for getting the job done. I was having some work done in my basement and needed to have my hot water heater moved and the company doing the work, recommended Hansen. I'm glad that they did, because being new to the Riverbend area I may not have found him on my own. Plumber Dan is a one man show, so be patient. He's not only the plumber, he's the receptionist and bookkeeper, too. He'll get it all done and do a great job, too. When I first called Hansen, I got a voicemail, so I left a message. I explained what I needed done and left my number. I didn't get an immediate call back, but it wasn't an emergency and we were going into a week-end. When I did hear from Dan, it was via text. They were, professional and complete sentences with no abbreviations. I thought it was odd, but once I learned he was a one man show, it made sense. Anyway, I answered his questions, took the pictures he quested and sent them back. He responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. The day he came to do the work, he was prompt and efficient. After moving my water heater, he explained some things to me. He didn't do a hard-sell, but he informed me that mine was 29 years old and when he moved it back after my other basement work was completed, it may not work. I listened and I knew 29 years for a water heater was a long life and I better get a new one. Once my basement work was completed, Dan was quick to get my new hot water installed. A man can only live so many days without hot water. Again, he was right on time and the installation went as smooth as silk. Once they got my old water heater out of the basement and loaded in the truck for disposal, it was obvious I needed a new heater. Dan is a great plumber. He's the one I'll be calling the next time I need one.
