We found Spandico to be professional and efficient. They showed up as promised for the estimate...off to a good start compared to others we had contacted! They were able to fix our existing gutters (that evidently were not installed correctly by another company). The repairs took place not long after I approved the estimate. The repair team worked promptly to complete the project. All in all a good experience and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others!

Spandico and Sons fixed a long-standing roof leak that other contractors that worked on our house either missed or made worse. They also resealed the miters on our gutters that were newly installed several years ago and definitely should not have needed servicing. I regret not hiring Spandico back then when I had the roof and gutters replaced. Thank you for finally getting to the bottom of a very frustrating issue.

We recently bought a house with an old roof and needed a full replacement to make it through a rainy spring and summer. After talking with lots of different roofers and contractors, we felt that Spandico was the best balance of value, experience, and reliability. We worked with Rich through the whole process and he was able to provide timely and relevant answers to any questions we had. He paid attention to details without drowning us in technical information; he also didn't try to up sell shingles or add-ons. The installation itself went smoothly and quickly. When we noticed a small issue with a seal on the flashing around our chimney, Spandico came out within 30 minutes to patch it up. It's been a wonderful feeling not having to worry about my roof! I'd easily choose Spandico for any future projects.
