My father passed away last week, and the funeral home was very helpful in giving us the information we needed both to plan a beautiful service for my father and to deal with the practicalities of my father's death. They made a very difficult process easier to deal with.
Joel and Anna could not have been more accommodating. They were understanding, obviously very experienced, and good at their job. We had a unique request that involved our dog and closure for her. Joel set up a "private viewing" for our German Shepherd, which achieved the desired result. The dog seems to be at peace with the loss of her beloved Suzanne. Joel, Anna, Craig & staff are the best. When we lost our mom, the hospital called Leonard Memorial Home per our request. Shortly after, Joel called us to set up an appointment. Since my sister lives out of state, Joel suggested that she stayed at home, and we could do the arrangements over the phone with me in Joel’s office. This worked out great. He took pictures of all the merchandise and sent them to her via text so she could see what we were discussing. Afterwards, we had so many questions and concerns that we made several phone calls back to them which were handled in a professional and timely matter.
