We had an awful experience with this company (very poor stack placement as evidenced in photo, zero customer service skills when confronted - condescending, patronizing, rude, dismissive, insensitive, and invalidating) - and now they are trying to get us to sign an NDA releasing them of liability to avoid bad press. The fact that Justin was ready to try to legally silence us instead of just accepting and acknowledging he made a mistake, providing a partial refund, and moving on, tells us this may not be an uncommon occurrence. The fact that he’s trying to release himself from liability makes us question the integrity and quality of the work. We do not feel right about this extremely shady practice and are forgoing the refund, not signing anything, and instead will let others know so they don’t end up in the same situation.
