After JC Heating beat estimates from three other local companies (two companies couldn’t even be bothered to return calls)for almost identical equipment with an even longer (10 year) warranty, plummer/installer Travis came earlier than expected and completed a fantastic install of a new water heater. Chelsea and Amy were fantastic to work with on pricing and scheduling. Highly recommend this company!
We purchased a heat/cooling unit from them a few years ago. the guy who installed it did a terrific job. The service years later..... is very lacking. They never call back when they say they will with a status. They recently have been here twice to get back working, and now its broke again. I called early this morning to let them know. The gal answering the phone said she'd talk to the guys and get back with me. It's been 7hrs later and still have not heard from them.

We called for an appointment for an estimate, they were professional, came in quickly and gave us a quote. We had a very complicated job. When they came in to do the job they were professional, Did a stellar job and we were very pleased that they were very reasonably priced. we would highly recommend them.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
